Subprocessors
The outside services that handle customer data, and exactly what each one sees. Four today, and none of them get data they don't need.

Who processes what
| Service | What it does for us | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, user accounts and authentication | Everything in your account: email address, time entries, projects, tags, overtime records, Trakki conversations and settings |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, CDN and the server workers that serve the app | Requests to the app, which necessarily include your IP address; no content beyond what you send it |
| OpenAI | The Trakki assistant, when you use it | Your messages to Trakki, the assistant's instructions, and the time data the assistant's tools return — only from a request you started |
| Stripe | Card payments, subscriptions and invoices: the checkout page, the billing portal, and the receipts you get by email | Your email address and card details. Card details go DIRECTLY to Stripe from their checkout page and never reach TimeTrakk — we store only the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives us back |
| Resend | Account email and the weekly summary | Your email address and the contents of the message sent to you |
Where the data lives
- Customer data is stored in our Supabase project in [to be filled in: Supabase project region, e.g. ca-central-1 (Canada)].
- The app is served from Cloudflare's edge network, so a request may be handled in whichever location is nearest to you.
- OpenAI processing happens in OpenAI's infrastructure, on the key described on the privacy page — ours on Standard and during the trial, yours on Pro.
What changed, and when
- Adding a processor is a change to this page, not a footnote: the data it needs is named here and the privacy policy's last-updated date moves with it.
- Stripe was added here when card checkout went live, and its row says exactly what it handles. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page, so they never pass through TimeTrakk's servers or database at all.
- Questions about any of it: support@timetrakk.ca.
