Before you choose
What is a Trakki message?
One question and its answer — a conversation counts per message, not per minute. The allowance is what keeps the price at $5: every answer costs us a small amount of real AI spend, and metering it beats either hiding a limit or charging everyone for the few people who ask hundreds of questions.
What happens if I go over the included AI?
The assistant stops answering until your allowance resets at the start of the next month. Time tracking itself is never limited — you keep tracking, reporting and claiming exactly as before. On Pro you can attach your own OpenAI key and drop the allowance entirely.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the app goes read-only: your hours stay readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted. Come back and everything is where you left it.
Do you offer a discount for yearly payment?
Two months free, which is why the yearly price is ten times the monthly one rather than twelve.
How paying works today
The trial is self-serve, and so is everything you can do with an account. Card checkout isn't switched on yet: for now, choosing a paid plan from inside the app opens an email with the details filled in, and your plan is applied by hand — usually the same day. You'll get a proper checkout the moment it's live, and nothing charges automatically in the meantime.
