Before you choose
What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
The assistant. Basic tracks time, reports on it and banks overtime exactly like Standard — it just doesn't include Trakki, which is why it costs less: there's no AI spend in it to cover. Standard adds about 100 Trakki messages a month. Nothing about your own time records is limited on any plan.
What is a Trakki message?
One question and its answer — a conversation counts per message, not per minute. The allowance is what keeps the Standard price where it is: every answer costs us a small amount of real AI spend, and metering it beats either hiding a limit or charging everyone for the few people who ask hundreds of questions.
What happens if I go over the included AI?
The assistant stops answering until your allowance resets at the start of the next month. Time tracking itself is never limited — you keep tracking, reporting and claiming exactly as before. On Pro you can attach your own OpenAI key and drop the allowance entirely.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings — no email required, and you can turn recurring billing off yourself without leaving the page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the app goes read-only: your hours stay readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted. There are no refunds for a part-used period, because you keep the rest of it. Come back and everything is where you left it.
Do you offer a discount for yearly payment?
Yes — paying yearly is $60 for twelve months instead of twelve payments of $6, which is about 2 months free.
How paying works
The trial is self-serve and takes no card. When you're ready, choose a plan inside the app and Stripe takes the payment — the same page you'd expect anywhere else, with your card details going straight to them and never through TimeTrakk. Turn recurring billing off, or cancel, from Settings inside the app — you keep every feature until the period you've paid for ends, and there's nothing to refund because you keep it. If a plan does lapse, your hours stay readable and exportable and nothing is deleted.
